I am a Gestalt practitioner with an artistic background, rooted in movement, creativity, and expression.
As a dancer, pedagogue, and researcher, I have long explored how the body thinks, feels, and communicates. This embodied sensitivity informs my approach as a therapist and resonates with the principles of Gestalt: presence, awareness, movement and co-creation.
My practice is grounded in personal therapy, continuous training, and regular supervision, and it adheres to the ethical code of the Belgian Society for Gestalt Therapy (SBG).
Gestalt therapy is an approach that sees each person as a whole. Anchored in the present moment, it invites awareness of how we relate to ourselves and the world.
Often called “therapy of contact”, Gestalt helps bring movement to patterns that may feel frozen or repetitive, and it promotes a dialogue between thoughts, emotions and bodily sensations.
In this process, we co-create a space of presence, exploration, and transformation. At its heart, Gestalt therapy is a practice of creativity and growth, grounded in the belief that every person has the capacity to evolve when met with respect, curiosity, and care.
Support – reflection – renewal. Whether you come in the midst of difficulty or out of a wish to know yourself more deeply, therapy offers a safe and confidential space where your experience can be seen and felt at your own pace, and in your own way.
Gestalt therapy can be helpful when you are facing moments of transition, loss, separation, burnout, or uncertainty — or when you feel disconnected from yourself or others.
I welcome people of all genders, backgrounds, and orientations, and offer a space free from judgment, prejudice, or expectation.
